With over 15 years of real estate experience, Benson brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every client interaction. His journey began in the Information Technology sector, where he worked with reputable banks and multinational organizations after completing his National Service. Over the years, Benson expanded his expertise across diverse industries including business operations, retail, trading, logistics, sales, and marketing—many with international companies—before finding his true calling in real estate.

Benson entered the real estate industry in his mid-30s, driven by a passion for helping homeowners find their dream homes. Today, he leads a dynamic team of experienced associates within the PropNex PNG family. Under his leadership, the team is committed to delivering seamless and stress-free property experiences for every client.

His extensive background enables him to offer a comprehensive approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Benson is known for ensuring smooth transactions, detailed financial planning, and effective transition support—from moving out to settling in. His clients appreciate his dedication to minimizing stress while maximizing value.

Beyond transactions, Benson is a passionate advocate for smart property investment. Kenny Seah - Co-founder

Kenny brings a diverse and entrepreneurial background to the real estate industry, shaped by decades of hands-on experience across engineering, international trade, and property consultancy.

He began his career in electrical engineering by assisting in his father’s business, where he managed project teams and oversaw renovation works at landmark sites such as Kings Hotel and Apollo Hotel. He later contributed to major network cabling projects for M1’s launch, which spanned locations including Chijmes, Great World City, Lot One, and Tuas Causeway.

In his mid-30s, Kenny ventured into international trade, founding a company that specialized in the export of audiovisual semiconductor components to markets such as Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and South Africa. Demonstrating his business acumen, he also developed and distributed a line of steam cleaners to Singapore’s retail sector, creating a competitive brand modeled after established names.

Kenny’s entry into real estate began in 2007, with his first deal being a simple room rental for a friend. Leveraging the early adoption of digital platforms, his client base rapidly expanded through new launch project marketing. His dedication and results earned him his first award in 2008—Top Non-Project Producer.

By 2010, Kenny was leading a team of associates, focusing on T.O.P. (Temporary Occupation Permit) developments across prime districts 9, 10, 11, and 12. Their efforts in both sales and leasing received strong positive feedback from property owners and landlords, many of whom remain loyal clients—and friends—today.

Known for his strategic approach, attention to detail, and long-term client relationships, Kenny continues to deliver value with integrity and professionalism in every real estate transaction.
